At Fingers & Paws, we want you to love your order.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at

Once verified, we will replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.
2. Change of Mind / Wrong Size
Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Choosing the wrong colour or design
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before production begins.
Once an item has entered production, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Returned-to-Sender Packages
If an order is returned due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address

Recipient unavailable

An unclaimed package
We can reship the order; however, additional shipping fees may apply.
Refunds are not available for returned-to-sender items unless the package is successfully returned to us in good condition.
